In this section, you can find fully detailed information such as country, status, and number of orders for a specific customer

There are 3 charts displaying information on your sales, returns, and revenue

1. Find your customer

Go to the Details section => Customer Detailed => Overview tab and find your customer by selecting from the drop-down list

2. Customer on Shopify

This button opens a new window and redirects you to your Shopify store showing you the selected customer.

3. General information

  • Status - Information if your customer is active or not

  • Total returns - Total returned value by this customer for all time

  • Total revenue - Total sales revenue for this customer for all time

  • First sale - Date when this customer made his first order in your store

  • Last sale - Date when your customer made last purchase in your store

  • Number of orders - Total qty of orders made by this customer at all time

  • Country - Your customer's located/living country

4. Net sales & Total returned value

This chart shows net sales compared to the total returned value for this specific customer in a selected time period

5. Operations map

The operations map displays your specific customer's orders located in different processing steps, it's displayed by revenue value. So there can be some paid orders and others not or some of them are fulfilled but others are still waiting for fulfilment, so this map is showing detailed information for a specific customer's all active & completed orders.
